1. Authorisation of work herein specified shall be deemed to cover any fluctuation of parts prices due to whatever circumstances beyond the repairer’s control.

2. All vehicles left at Earthmoving Replacement Parts (Pty) Ltd are left at the owner’s risk and Earthmoving Replacement Parts (Pty) Ltd takes no responsibility for any claims arising whatsoever.

4. All payments to be made in full prior to the machine/vehicle collection. No machine/ vehicle shall be released until paid for in full.

5. Earthmoving Replacement Parts (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not to release a machine/vehicle due to outstanding payments.

6. No cheque will be accepted without arrangement with management.

8. Earthmoving Replacements Parts (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to bring legal action against the owner for any dishonoured payments.

9. Machine/Vehicle are to be collected within (5) days from notification to the customer. All machine/vehicles not collected within (5) days from notification will attract a storage fee of P200.00 per day to Earthmoving. Replacement Parts (Pty) Ltd reserves the right not release the machine/vehicle until payment is fully paid in cash.

10. No responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage to the vehicle or contents whether by natural disaster, fire, theft, casually, accident or otherwise and vehicles / machines are driven entirely owner’s risk.

11. There is no warranty on failure of electrical components.

12. No complaints shall be considered unless made in writing within (7) seven days after collection /deliver

14. Any stated delivery and or completion dates are approximate only and time shall not be of the essence of the services offered.

15. Earthmoving Replacement Parts (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any other loss or damage whatsoever arising and whether direct or indirect arising out of late or delayed delivery or failure to deliver in time.

16. The customer shall not be entitled to withhold all or any part of the price by virtue of any late or delayed delivery.

17. Withdrawal of jobs after strip and quote will attract changes.
